Established luxury residential builder looking for a site manager or site supervisor located in Sydney, Eastern Suburbs to work on luxury new build projects. They have a strong team with work in the pipeline where stability and growth are possible.

**The role**:

- Looking for an ambitious Site Manager or Leading Hand to take on the role located in Sydney
- Progression and Support
- Eager to learn and grow
- Positive and can do attitude
- Solid trade base and ability to keep the site safe and clean.
- Supervise contractors and do a quality check based on the instructions given by project manager
- Ability to lead a team
- Manage daily programming of all site works in accordance with company timelines and programs




- Currently working on a Custom Build with more in the pipeline

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years Leading hand/ site supervision experience
- Cert III in Carpentry would be an advantage
- 2 + years experience out of apprenticeship would be an advantage
- Solid background in residential construction and Custom build homes
- Previous experience in managing multiple sites
- A valid driver's license
- up-to 90 k Base + super
