**What are we looking for?**
We are currently looking for experienced Community Support Workers in the Illawarra region to join our growing team. We have a number of positions available, and are looking for both casual and part-time team members.
The role of a Community Support Worker is to provide quality services and supports to people over the age of 65, and help them strengthen their capacity to continue living in their own home and surrounds. Duties will include the provision of Client Directed Care, transportation services, respite care, domestic assistance, personal care and other social services. Unlike other providers, allcare team members are not required to do large blocks of cleaning, as we provide professional cleaning services to our clients.
If you have a Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community Care (or the aspiration to get one), a solid understanding of the needs of older people and their carers and the ability work as part of team to achieve goals,

**About you**
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Current Australian drivers licence
- Reliable registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Smart mobile phone and internet access
- You need to be able to start work at 6am
- You need to have availability for more than 4 days per week
- You may be asked to work on weekends
