The Cyber Security & Technology Risk team enables a secure and digitally agile environment by embedding a culture of proactive risk management, compliance, and awareness across the University.
About the opportunity Lead the development of a university-wide cyber culture engagement strategy and roadmap.Deliver targeted awareness initiatives, training, and phishing simulations aligned to staff roles and risk profiles.Develop behavioural risk indicators, performance metrics, and dashboards to track engagement and impact.About you Communicates complex cyber security concepts in a clear, relatable way to diverse audiences.Has a strong understanding of human behaviour and how to drive lasting cultural change.Is creative and resourceful in developing engaging campaigns, training and content.Collaborates confidently with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.Experience in developing reporting and analysing metrics using tools like PowerBI or similar.Special Requirements Current National Police Clearance Certificate.How to apply
