To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:

- A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work.
- A current driver's license. Based at our MALAGA store, this full-time role will involve working 70 hours, and the responsibilities of the role include:

- Participation in and completion of the management development training program
- Providing expert professional customer service at all times




- Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice.
- Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
- Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
- Completing administrative tasks daily basis related to sales, Purchase Orders and Installation bookings.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malaga, WA 6090: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
