This is an exciting opportunity to work with a true Australian success story. Having been operating for over 10 years, they are the industry leader in at home massage chairs.
With recommendations from medical professionals, this business has gone from strength to strength in the past 10 years, growing its business entirely through warm inbound leads.
They receive on average 600 warm leads per week, ensuring your sales team are hitting their targets and meeting commission.
With a rapidly growing sales team, they are now looking for a team leader to help coach,
mentor and nurture the top-performing sales team.
You will be looking after a team of 25 sales people, providing coaching, setting goals and conducting 1-1 mentorship.
This is an excellent opportunity for a call centre sales gun to step up or a current team lead looking for a new challenge.
The salary on offer is up to $80k including super, with a lucrative commission package. If your team is doing well, you look to take home around $6k per month. If your team is going above and beyond, you can take home up to $10k per month.
In this position, you can realistically take home over $150k per year.
The office is based in South Melbourne with a rolling roster, working 40 hours per week.
