Role overview
Reporting to Caryn Sandler, Partner + Chief Knowledge and Innovation Officer, you’ll step into a senior role within the G+T Innovate team and will play a critical role in maintaining our market leading reputation. As a Senior Legal Transformation Manager, you’ll support in the design and delivery of impactful legal transformation initiatives, both within the firm and for clients.
In this role, you will:
- Plan, deliver and embed legal technology solutions, including Generative AI, that enhance legal service delivery.
- Act as product owner for key legal technology products and services.
- Support the firm’s broader transformation strategy and contribute to cross-firm innovation initiatives.
- Deliver and implement bespoke transformation and change initiatives for key clients.
- Design and facilitate workshops focused on continuous improvement, innovation, legal technology and capability uplift.
- Manage and support members of the Legal Transformation team (a core part of the broader G+T Innovate team).
- Stay on top of emerging legal technologies and identify opportunities for strategic growth and innovation.
About you
Extensive experience in legal transformation, with experience delivering both internal and client-facing initiatives.
- Deep expertise in innovation, legal operations, or consulting, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong capability across Agile, Design Thinking, LEAN and end-to-end transformation.
- A practical understanding of Generative AI and its application in legal services.
- Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and a results-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
