RGIT is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to work in the Melbourne campus. These are currently Full-time and/or Part-time positions.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
- Collaborate with education agents and partners to promote RGIT Australia’s courses and programs.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Maintain and update the institution’s website and social media channels to reflect current offerings and initiatives.
- Represent RGIT Australia at events, expos, and other promotional activities.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international stakeholders.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of the Australian vocational education and training (VET) industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

- Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
