Own pre-sales strategy and execution for Dynamics 365 Business CentralLead solution design, discovery sessions, proposals, and client demonstrationsPartner with Sales, Delivery, and Microsoft to align on value-based selling and solution fitProvide expert insight during the sales process to ensure feasibility and scalability of proposed solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesLead pre-sales engagements across industries,



working closely with the sales team to qualify opportunities and define solution strategyConduct discovery sessions to understand business requirements and pain pointsPrepare and deliver tailored demonstrations, proposals, and Statements of WorkRespond to RFPs, RFIs, and support strategic bidsAct as the subject matter expert for Business Central in customer-facing scenariosTranslate business needs into fit-for-purpose Business Central solutionsDesign high-level solution architectures including integrations, extensions, and add-onsCollaborate with functional consultants and technical teams to scope and validate solutionsLeverage knowledge from Wild Tech's international teams (e.g., Malaysia & Singapore) to align best practices3.
Stakeholder EngagementBuild trust with prospective clients, acting as a key technical advisor throughout the sales cycleWork with Microsoft account teams to co-sell and respond to joint opportunitiesAssist in go-to-market planning and positioning of industry-specific solutionsStay across Microsoft updates,



AppSource solutions, and emerging techPresent internal enablement sessions and contribute to reusable pre-sales assets and demosSupport the refinement of estimation tools, proposal templates, and sales collateralEssential Qualifications & Experience5+ years in Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV, ideally with pre-sales or Solution Architecture experienceStrong understanding of Finance, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing workflowsExperience with AL, Visual Studio Code, Power Platform, and Microsoft ecosystemProven success in client demos, RFP responses, and technical sales supportStrong communication, presentation, and proposal writing skillsMicrosoft Certified: Business Central Developer/Architect (or working towards)Degree in IT, Business, or related fieldPower Platform experience (Power Apps, Automate,
