Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll oversee key aspects of project coordination—managing timelines, documentation, communications, and stakeholder relationships.
The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, purpose-driven environment and is skilled at balancing administrative precision with sector engagement to ensure program success.




This role will see you:Coordinate the delivery of a nationally recognised teaching awards program, ensuring smooth project execution from planning through to evaluation.Provide high-level administrative and stakeholder support to drive strategic outcomes across the higher education sector.What We're Looking ForDemonstrated experience providing high-level administrative and project support in a busy, stakeholder focused environment.Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.Written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing a range of documentation and professional correspondence for diverse stakeholders.Experience in working with various systems and tools, with a preference for platforms such as SurveyMonkey Apply,
