Our core values guide our strong service delivery to enact positive change and choice in the lives of the clients we support.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Oncall/Rostering Coordinator will support our frontline workers as the first point of contact outside normal business hours for emergencies,



unplanned leave and general assistance.Assisting frontline staff with after-hours and emergency situations by providing logical and calculated decisions to ensure customer and staff safetyFollow the escalation procedures as requiredProvide accurate information for reporting on calls, incidents and customer updatesAssist employees with unplanned leave outside of normal business hours and fill the shifts with current staffAssist our rostering team with timekeeping, shift fill and maintaining effective rosters in line with our Enterprise AgreementsReport accurate information on authorised and unauthorised restrictive practices within the allotted reporting timeframesAssist the rostering team with building of employee lines, inbox maintenance and other duties as requiredAssist our main receptionist with all overflow callsThe hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm with some availability required outside these hours on an adhoc basis.




This position is based at our Lavington office.About YouThrive in a fast paced environmentPrevious experience in the community services sector and/or disability or a call centre environmentAbility to make decisions and communicate these decisions effectively to distressed employeesStrong administration skills to create, update and maintain customer information in a variety of platformsTech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems and software with ease.
