we’re looking for a Sales Director based in Sydney to drive growth and build high-impact partnerships with agencies and brands. If you're a strategic seller with deep media connections, a passion for innovation, and a strong track record in YouTube or OLV, this is your opportunity to lead in one of the most exciting markets in the region.

What You’ll Do

- Own and exceed revenue goals while consistently outperforming KPIs
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business with agency leads and key decision-makers
- Be the regional expert for Silverpush’s contextual video and programmatic solutions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across independent agencies, holdcos, and direct clients
- Drive C-suite engagement and lead high-value strategic conversations
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional campaign results
- Stay organised and data-savvy with CRM tools and sales platforms
- Represent Silverpush at industry events, agency meetings, and client sessions across Sydney

What You Bring

- 5–12 years in digital media sales, with deep expertise in YouTube, online video, or programmatic advertising




- A strong network of agency and brand decision-makers in Sydney
- A hunter mindset with a proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals
- Clear understanding of Sydney’s evolving digital media ecosystem and privacy standards
- Sharp presentation and consultative selling skills
- Resilience, ambition, and a drive to grow with a high-performing team
