About the Role

We are inviting a motivated and curious Account Manager to join our Packaging Team and manage fun, creative packaging projects from start to finish with the support of our close-knit team in our Marrickville Office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in packaging, branding, and customer service, while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The Role

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include :

- Sales & Client Service: Respond to customer enquiries, understand their packaging needs, quote suitable options and follow up to successfully convert orders
- Project Management: Manage or support end-to-end custom packaging projects, co-ordinating with suppliers, designers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Account Management: Take responsibility for managing client relationships, from initial enquiry through to project delivery, with support from the team to ensure ongoing success.
- Artwork & Briefing: Prepare or contribute to clear, detailed briefs for the Graphic Design team using client input and industry best practices
- Order Processing: Raise quotes, purchase orders,



and sales orders accurately using SAP
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (graphic design, accounts, warehouse) and external suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Showroom & Admin Support: Support showroom enquiries and incoming calls as needed

About You

We're looking for someone with :

- Account Management Experience (2+ years) with proven experience managing end to end projects autonomously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail – this is a must!
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- A passion for design, branding, and packaging
- Previous experience in packaging or print (preferred but not essential)
- Familiarity with SAP (a bonus)

Tertiary qualifications in Business / Commerce, Marketing,



or a related field are welcomed but not required.
