Are you ready to lead a game-changing transformation? We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Senior Change Manager to provide hands-on management planning and delivery across projects in close collaboration with Project Managers, with a focus on readiness, adoption and delivery of sustainable change for our employees, clients and suppliers. Provide
coaching to Project Sponsors, Project Owners and people leaders to support them with their critical role in change.
Your opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for Coaching of project sponsors, project owners and people leaders in the critical role they play in contributing to the success of projects.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
Provide hands on change management support through the project lifecycle, including
change impact analysis across allocated projects.
Track and report progress of change being delivered on allocated projects to
contribute to a portfolio view.
Develop fit for purpose change plans and executes on change plans in collaboration
with all relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to the success of projects by collaborating closely with Project Managers,
working groups and key stakeholders.
Ensure smooth adoption and deployment of changes introduced by the project.
What you’ll bring
Advanced change management skills, with a developed understanding of the project life cycle, change documentation, change readiness, and methodologies. Advanced understanding of the key role of leaders in ensuring sustainable change adoption. Strong proven track record of stakeholder management; including managing stakeholder expectations. Ability to work collaboratively in a team matrix structure with people at all levels of an organization.
You will also need:
7+ years’ experience in leading change management delivery on complex projects in
large organisations.
Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Business or equivalent are essential, with a recognised Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI, Change Management Institute).
Proven experience of planning, developing and delivering change in a collaborative style through engagement, communications, and training.
Demonstrated experience in successfully leading change programs with diverse, multidisciplinary teams, and delivering services to a high standard to meet change management, project delivery and business performance criteria.
