About Us:
We’re Alderley Dental, a modern, family-friendly clinic that's been proudly serving the local community for over 30 years. We offer general, cosmetic, implant, and surgical dentistry with the latest technology and the warmest team you’ll ever meet.
Our current receptionist is off to enjoy retirement (lucky her!), and we’re looking for TWO new legends to join the team:
? A Full-Time Receptionist – the face and voice of our practice
? A Part-Time Dental Assistant/Receptionist – a clinical & front-desk hybrid hero
?? Full-Time Dental Receptionist
You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients — and the one they’ll remember for all the right reasons.
What you’ll bring:
- A natural communicator with great phone manners
- Experienced in front office or customer service (dental/medical is a bonus!)
- Quick to build rapport and help patients feel at ease
- Super organised, efficient, and cool under pressure
- A real team player with a positive vibe
? Part-Time Dental Assistant / Receptionist (3 Days + Some Saturdays)
We’re looking for someone who:
- Truly cares for patients and puts them at ease
- Offers tender, loving chairside support during treatments
- Listens with empathy and explains things clearly and calmly
- Assists the dentist with procedures (4-handed dentistry)
- Helps patients understand treatment plans and payment options
- Keeps the day running smoothly with a can-do attitude
- Bonus: Speaks both English and Chinese (highly desirable)
