What You’ll Do As an experienced leader and cybersecurity professional, you will work closely with Cisco Account and CX teams in driving growth in the ANZ security services business. You will actively develop relationships with our customers, key partners, facilitate client sessions, lead pre-sales efforts ensuring appropriate specialists are engaged to deliver business growth with trusted expertise and value creation.

You will

Build market demand via the development & execution of lead generation strategies aligned to the ANZ services growth strategy

Be the ANZ CX lead for major security services opportunities, ensuring our solutions & offers are defined in a way to balance delivery risk, market opportunity & customer need

Work closely with Sales and CX Services Delivery to develop high potential ground-breaking and cross-domain opportunities from an early sales stage

Represent and demonstrate the value of security offerings inclusion in transformational and cross domain customer opportunities

Partner with Sales and CX security leaders to identify new security services growth areas and go to market strategies

Cultivate positive interactions and relationships with account teams, delivery managers, and executives to validate/prioritize engagement opportunities

Define lifecycle service solutions for fully qualified opportunities by applying expertise in architectures, technologies, consultancy for services design

Co-ordinate the development and delivery of services proposals to customers with accurate solutioning, deliverable scoping, sizing and pricing

Support the introduction of new security service offerings

Report on successes, solution adoption and areas needing improvements

Educate, advise and promote Cisco’s security services capabilities to customers, Sales and CX teams

Scale and drive business through relevant channels

You are an analytical problem solver with a strong security background, coupled with eye for business and inter-personal skills, compelled to help customers grow. The ideal candidate brings an external point of view on technology direction and broad understanding of the security landscape. You demonstrate this knowledge to develop solutions, scope services opportunities, and support sales based on customer requirements across multiple verticals. This highly visible position requires an individual with outstanding oral and written communication skills to consult, communicate and position Cisco’s value and capabilities to a client executive audience.

You can lead teams with varied strengths in multiple pre-sales engagements, driving efficient collaboration and effective governance to produce high quality proposals. A self-starting, independent, proactive, program development demeanour is imperative to success. You thrive in a dynamic environment and you can work with a variety of critical priorities converting customer needs into Cisco delivery.

Knowledge & Skills

10+ years’ experience in consulting services or security domain within a large business, enterprise or service provider segment

5+ years’ experience technical customer facing solution development in pre-sales roles

Strong client presence and CxO/CISO level engagement experience, consulting and /or professional services delivery

Expertise in a broad variety of security solutions, coupled with proven understanding of technologies such as; Cloud, Software, Data Center, Enterprise Networking, IoT, etc.

Excellent knowledge of the security market, competition, and partners in ANZ. A good network of CISO & decision-makers in the region is an advantage

A validated ability to grow a security services business

Experience with producing compelling proposals with associated Service Design, levels of effort, quotes, and contracting documentation

Ability to build and drive security services focused GTM strategy

Outstanding oral and written communication skills to consult, communicate and position Cisco’s value and capabilities to customers senior leaders

Ability to work and lead in a multi-functional diverse matrix organization of specialists

Experience in partnering / subcontracting professional services is an advantage

Experience in Risk Assessment/Management desirable.
