Duties Prioritise, allocate and supervise the work of Wellbeing Support administration staff, in order to provide efficient and effective services to Wellbeing Support members and clientele.
Provide initial point of contact for emergency service responders, volunteers and employees experiencing levels of distress or difficulty and refer appropriately.
Responsible for the ongoing compliance of service provider contractual obligations, whilst maintaining effective and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The interrogation of the client management system to assist in the preparation of statistical data and retrieval of reports.
Assist in preparing highly confidential documents and reports for members of Wellbeing Support.
Manage and organise diaries and schedule meetings and other appointments, including the arrangement of travel, accommodation and itineraries as required.
Assist with the implementation and development of Wellbeing Support policies and procedures where necessary in conjunction with the Coordinator, Wellbeing Support.
Administer and coordinate Wellbeing Support administrative functions, including the management of electronic folders, business unit templates, and presentations.
