If you'd like to help us build the number one place to find and buy anything online, then this role is for you.We're looking for a motivated and driven New Account Manager to join our Amazon Global Selling (AGS) team. Your role will be to help educate ANZ Selling Partners (SPs) about selling on Amazon where those SPs have expanded their business into the US Amazon Store.

AGS exists in 10 countries and continues to grow. Each year, tens of thousands of businesses join Amazon Stores and add millions of new products.The Global Selling New Account Manager will be responsible for driving general awareness of the Amazon services available to ANZ SPs and helping ANZ SPs who have already set up their business in the US on Amazon.com understand the Amazon services that are available to them. The role will focus on two areas: 1) educating ANZ SPs about Amazon services through general marketing campaigns, emails, meetings or calls; and 2) helping ANZ SPs understand the breadth of Amazon services available to them where they have registered on the US Amazon Store and how they can best take advantage of those services.Core responsibilities include the following:· Develop a thorough understanding of the e-Commerce industry and competitive environment, including knowledge of competitive product offerings and international markets· Work with a wide range of businesses and decision makers, from e-Commerce arms of major ANZ brands and retailers to smaller independent/family businesses· Develop a clear understanding of Amazon Global Selling products including features and functionalities· Collaborate with Product teams to help with SP education and adoption of Amazon services such as Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) and Sponsored Advertising· Implement, track, and analyze SP performance metrics to make recommendations and identify areas of opportunity to increase the performance of ANZ SPs in the US------------------------------------------------------------------In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
