About The Opportunity

On a typical day our Customer Service Supervisor will:
- Provide support and guidance to our customer service teams at Port Macquarie, Wauchope and Laurieton
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on customer inquiries and process improvement
- Provide support to branch offices on the development application process
- Act as a first point of escalation for any customer complaints

This is a full time, permanent role, with a salary starting at $1,221.80 per week plus 10% superannuation; a competency based salary review is available at 3 months. The role is 35 hours a week, with access to Council’s Flexible Working Hours policy.
About Councils Customer Service Team
Our customer service team operate 3 centres in Port Macquarie, Wauchope and Laurieton as well as manning a busy call centre and managing the council email inbox.
