212F are seeking a flexible, energetic and highly detailed individual to fulfil our Accounts & Administration Assistant position.

We are looking for a flexible all-rounder to join our growing team. The role varies with a range of administration tasks on a daily basis. Primarily you will be responsible for supporting our Company Accountant, assisting with the accounts department, however your role will entail supporting a number of other divisions within our business as workload and demand requires. This may involve supporting our Rewards & Procurement Team, our Visa Prepaid Card team, along with general office administration. The best candidate will be self-motivated and eager to learn,

have strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.

This full-time role will be office based in our spacious and well appointed St Kilda Road, Melbourne office. Our standard office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm, however we would be open to flexible hours should this be required for the right candidate.

This fun and challenging position will include:

- Administration support to the Accounts Department

- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable functions

- Data entry

- Raising invoices

- Following up outstanding invoices (debtor management)

- Accounting activities

- Production of reports and client statements

- Bank reconciliation

- Accounts Payable Management - management of Purchase Orders, matching/controlling supplier invoices to purchase orders, balancing suppliers' monthly statements, payment entry

- GL adjustments as required

- Company credit card reconciliations

- Overseeing staff expenses

- Banking (online)

- Management of incoming credit card payments

- Filing of numerical soft (and some hard) copies of invoicing / record keeping

- Mail & postage management - sorting & collection

- Managing office stationary orders

- Administer office phone system - working with external phone contractors

- Assisting with management of Visa Prepaid card orders

- Assisting Rewards & Procurement team - updating inventory in our accounting and online reward platforms

- Fulfilling reward orders

- Following up suppliers on delivery tracking

- Customer service - phone and email management

- General administration – answering telephones, data entry, filing

- General all round office assistance as required

- Other ad-hoc duties as required

- Resourceful and self-motivated

- Previous administration and/or accounts experience

- Advanced computer skills - including Microsoft Excel

- Experience with Xero accounting system a bonus

- Team player and willing to help others
