This opportunity would suit an accomplised Account Manager looking to align their skills with a company that is unique as well as a leader in its industry.

Role overview

- Manage and develop important customer relationships with guidance from senior colleagues. Customers include mid-tier companies and similar.

- Provide briefings to Service Managers and other key personnel on customer relationships and “need to know” information.

- Configure a complex product and services solution and association contractual terms that meet the customer’s mid to long term needs, taking input from relevant internal specialists. Present the solution to customer representatives and negotiate agreement with a pre-defined range of commercial parameters.

- Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organisation at business events / meetings. Obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organisation, its products and its services.

- Collaborate internally and work as the customer champion in cross-functional teams to build strong external customer relationships.

Key Skills & Experience Required

- 3-6 years’ experience in a similar position

- Experience in the fire protection industry would be well regarded

- Strong communication skills

- Demonstrated problem solving ability

- Recommend elements of numerical measures – experience with working with budgets or analysing business data
