About the Company and the Role

Our client are the ones to beat when it comes to providing total support to the stone industry. They are not only renowned for importing and selling high-quality natural stone and a premium range of tools and equipment, but they install, service, and maintain industrial stone processing machinery for customers across Australia.

Their success across 35 years is not only due to the high-end products and service, but also their ability to train, support, and develop people from outside the industry. They are now looking for a Receptionist to provide service to high-end residential homeowners, Architects and Stonemasons in person and over the phone. In this role you will:

- Welcome customers like interior designers, architects, home renovators, and stonemasons and provide them with exceptional service.

- Provide administrative and sales support to the external sales team.

- As you progress and develop your skills, you will take service calls from Stonemasons, understand their machinery faults or needs, and schedule technicians to fix their machinery.

- Ensure the showroom is clean and presentable to customers.

About You

- One thing you’ve discovered from your experience in customer service is that you value and enjoy building genuine, long-lasting relationships with customers, and creating an experience that they will be sure to remember.

- Whilst you may not have worked in reception before, you are eager to learn and develop your administration and customer service skills.
