For more information, visitwww.eastman.com.ResponsibilitiesPOSITION PURPOSE :The Sales Representative is responsible for developing new accounts and customers for the business through face to face customer calls, email and phone enquiriesFostering and maintaining working relationships and partnerships with existing accounts and customers throughout AustraliaReviving sales from dormant accounts by renewing their interests in SunTek product offerings and customer serviceJOB RESPONSIBILITIES :Align sales revenue target with defined corporate objectivesMeeting or exceeding sales revenue and variable margin targetsCreative in prospecting existing or new retail customers for up-sell / cross-sell opportunitiesDemonstrate ability to up-sell and cross-sell additional products / services to existing customersAttending to all customer enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email and Sales Agent referral.Interface with customers on customer satisfaction issuesAssist in developing and implementing incentive program to drive sales to achieve above and beyond their targets.Proactive improvement in sales process functionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in business or equivalent disciplineMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar roleAutomotive Industry experience advantageous.Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, self-directed environmentAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionEastman Chemical Company is an equal opportunity employer.
