Role Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and analyzing sales performance data. The Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales management and leading sales teams
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and market trends
- Experience in the commercial property sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet targets
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
