We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, activating and measuring digital campaigns across our websites and social media channels. This includes the creation of landing pages and templates, coordinating paid social and rolling out technical updates and optimisations.
This a 10-month contract role in Melbourne with a hybrid work arrangement: 2 days in the office, remaining days work from home.
**Your key accountabilities in this role will include**:
- Planning and Execution: Coordinate and implement digital updates (copy, landing pages, forms, online surveys, events) to support Keyton marketing strategies and business objectives. Manage and execute digital campaigns, guide SEM requirements, and coordinate digital assets.
- Measurement & Reporting:
Support the rollout of technical functionality development/expansions and conduct campaign performance benchmarking, track and report on digital campaigns to enhance user experience and trading ROI.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the digital specialist for the marketing team and other business stakeholders, provide training for self-service website and EDM updates, and manage timelines with agency partners and stakeholders.
- Budget, Risk and Compliance: Manage budget and ROI targets, seek legal content approval, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field including Marketing, Digital marketing or Communications. Having relevant certifications is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Digital Marketing or Campaign Management role
- Solid foundation in digital marketing channels, insights and optimisation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform and drive strategic brand decisions
- Experience on data analysis tools such as PowerBi, Hotjar, GA4, with strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in using CMS (experience in Kentico is highly desirable)
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaborative effectively across the organisation
