Base pay range

A$130,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr

Our client, a growing fintech SaaS business, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their team.

This role is hands-on and high-impact perfect for someone from a startup or scale-up background who’s rolled up their sleeves, worn multiple hats, and is now ready to step up into a global company.

You’ll be the go-to person for understanding the market, customers, and competitors and turning those insights into compelling messaging, GTM strategies, and enablement across the business.

Key Responsibilities:





- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for new and existing product launches
- Develop clear, compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with buyer personas
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to shape product direction and commercial strategy
- Partner closely with Product to understand the roadmap and translate features into customer-facing benefits
- Enable Sales and Customer Success with collateral, playbooks, and training to support pipeline growth and retention
- Build and maintain product marketing assets across internal and external channels
- Act as the external voice of the product through thought leadership, content, and customer conversations

Key Skills You’ll Bring:

- Experience in a Product Marketing Manager role within a SaaS or fintech company
- Proven track record of delivering successful product launches and GTM strategies
- Ability to turn complex products into clear, compelling messaging
- Experience building sales enablement content and delivering training
- Strong cross-functional collaborator across product, sales, marketing,



and leadership
- Bias for action, strong communicator, and comfortable influencing at all levels

This role is based in Sydney and follows a hybrid work model.
