They are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and high-performing team where you’ll have real ownership and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer orders and requests from start to finish, ensuring follow-through and customer satisfaction.
- Provide tailored solutions using your product, application, and industry knowledge.
- Accurately maintain business systems to reflect customer interactions and requirements.
- Share customer insights and feedback to support product and service improvements.
- Consistently deliver a high-quality customer service experience in all interactions.

Experience & Qualifications

- Experience in customer service focused role




- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach depending on the audience.
- Organised, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
