About the Role:
As National Service Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end service journey across Australia. Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll:
Lead & develop a hybrid service team (in-house technicians & external partners).
Oversee installations, repairs, software updates, and aftersales care aligned to premium SLAs.
Drive innovation, elevate customer satisfaction, and embed a high-performance culture.
Own key metrics: first-time fix rates, downtime, customer feedback, and spare parts availability.

About You:
5+ years in national service leadership, ideally in kitchen, bathroom, or home appliances.
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing internal and external service networks.
Technical service expertise, including 3PL coordination and reporting.




Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and data analytics.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and customer-centered service.
