Building & Construction Site Manager Sydney Permanent / Full Time lane cove location Age care project Site Supervisor – $80M Aged Care Project | Lane Cove Location High-Value Community Project | Tier 1 Systems & Structure | Collaborative TeamWe're recruiting a Site Supervisor for a landmark $80M aged care facility based in Lane Cove, with a top-tier contractor recognised for delivering complex, high-spec community infrastructure across Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a live aged care environment, collaborating with a delivery team of Senior Site Managers, Site Managers, and CA/PMs.




You'll play a key role in delivering a meaningful project that enhances lives — with all the support and systems of a structured builder who does things properly.The Project: $80M aged care development with multiple stages and specialist care facilities Based in Lane Cove with good transport links and accessible parking Live environment — experience in staged works and stakeholder engagement is essential What You'll Do: Coordinate trades, site logistics, and materials daily to meet programme targets Support Site Managers in driving progress, safety, and compliance Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and the project team to maintain a seamless build Ensure quality standards are met, from structure through to fit-out and handover Champion WHS culture and site presentation What You'll Need: Previous experience supervising aged care, hospital, or health projects Strong trade coordination and sequencing skills across structure and fit-out Solid understanding of compliance requirements for care or live facilities Ability to work collaboratively in a tiered team structure under experienced leadership Current tickets: White Card, First Aid, etc.
