From their first student visa to new opportunities requiring policy changes, you'll be their** go-to expert**providing support, peace of mind, and solutions that keep them protected every step of the way.

**About the Role**:
- **12-month casual contract** - be part of an exciting new division shaping the future of retention.
- **ASAP start** - jump into this high-energy role now.
- **Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week** (Service line operates across 8am-8pm)
- **Day shifts preferred (9am-5pm), but PM shifts may be rostered** for better outreach (especially to students who are unavailable during the day).
- **Work remotely** with full support from a fantastic team.
- **3 weeks initial training**to get you up and running (Mon-Fri 9-5pm hours during training).
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Proactively engage with members whose policies are expiring or who are considering leaving - your goal is to retain and upsell while ensuring they stay covered.
- Make outbound calls (with some inbound) to members,
guiding them through their health cover options.
- Hit retention and sales targets - this is not a standard customer service role. A strong sales mindset is required.
- Educate and advise members on their policy benefits, visa requirements, and the importance of continuous coverage.
**What We're Looking For**:
- **Sales and retention experience is a must** - we need hungry, target-driven professionals.
- **Exceptional communication and negotiation skills** - Confidently guide conversations to retain members, upsell, and offer the best solution based on their needs. Deliver complex information in a simple, compelling way to help members make informed decisions.
- **Ability to build trust and rapport quickly** - Engage members in meaningful discussions that make them feel valued and understood.
- **Resilience and persistence** - Handle objections with confidence and turn hesitations into opportunities.
- **Problem-solving mindset** - Assess each member's situation and recommend tailored solutions that align with their visa requirements.
- **Tech-savvy and quick to adapt** - you'll be working with multiple systems, so confidence with technology is essential.
- **Strong home Wi-Fi connection** - minimum **50 Mbps** required for smooth call handling.
