The Member Services Officer is responsible for managing, maintaining memberships and the associated customer relationship management database system. This role will also work closely with other departments including the operations, finance and marketing areas.
Our client, a non-for-profit professional membership-based organisation seeks a **Member Services**
**Officer **to be based out of their office in **Melbourne CBD.**

The Member Services Officer is responsible for managing, maintaining memberships and the associated customer relationship management database system.
This role will also work closely with other departments including the operations, finance and marketing areas.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain member records in member management system
- Coordinate underwriting insurance referral process
- Process member payments, where required
- Maintain Complaints Register
- Execute required end of month reconciliation processes
- Run and upload monthly reports
- Respond to member information / update requests
- Participate in outbound call campaigns, as required
**Experience / Skills**
- Experience working in general insurance (advantageous)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong and clear verbal and written skills
- Excellent organisational ability including the use of effective time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to think for themselves and take initiative
- Demonstrated ability to take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work,
and achievement of results with little oversight
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs and work responsibilities
- Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Remuneration: $67,000 plus super
