Are you a strategic, detail-driven compliance professional with a passion for operational excellence? We’re seeking a Compliance Manager to lead and enhance our compliance function across transport network.

This role is focused on delivering high-quality, technically sound outcomes in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You’ll provide functional leadership, ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, and drive a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement throughout the business.





As a key Leadership Position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operational success through structured processes, rigorous oversight and strategic risk management.

About the Role

As Compliance Manager, you will:

- Lead compliance strategy and operations across key business areas
- Ensure compliance with NHVR, HVNL, Mass, Maintenance and BFM requirements
- Provide expert advice to senior leaders and act as a key contact for regulatory bodies
- Oversee audits, investigations and reporting, driving accountability and action
- Collaborate across departments to build a strong culture of safety and compliance
- Support and develop a high-performing compliance team
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, systems and initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external regulators including NHVR, QTA and NatRoads
- Deliver targeted compliance training to build capability across all of the business units.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Extensive experience in transport compliance,



with strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks
- Proven leadership capability with a structured and results-oriented approach
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication skills and a direct, professional style
- Ability to influence, coach and hold others accountable
- A strong sense of ownership and a focus on delivering high standards consistently
- A relevant qualification in Compliance, Safety or a related field (desirable)
