**About the Role**

Join our dedicated team as a Ward Clerk in the Specialist Geriatric Dementia and Delirium Unit at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, where your administrative skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, Acute and Urgent Care,



you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inpatient ward. Your responsibilities will include processing patient registrations, admissions, and discharges, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting our nursing and medical staff in their daily activities.

- **Adaptable Problem Solver**: Ability to swiftly assimilate new information, tackle challenges confidently, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- **Administrative Proficiency**: Experience in accurate data entry, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,



and capable of preparing various documentation while upholding confidentiality.
