With 296 beautifully appointed rooms, vibrant Food & Beverage outlets, and modern conference facilities, we’re seeking a dedicated Guest Experience Manager to elevate our service even further.

About the Role:

As our Guest Experience Manager, you'll play a key leadership role within the Front Office team, working closely with the Front Office Managers. You'll own the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure — delivering warm,



proactive service and turning feedback into opportunities for excellence.

With a strong presence in the lobby, you’ll build genuine connections with guests, lead VIP and loyalty programs, and champion service recovery with empathy and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on guest interaction, team collaboration, and making a meaningful impact every day.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Duty Manager, Guest Relations, or Front Office leadership role within a 4–5 star hotel.

Leadership: A natural motivator with a guest-first mindset and the ability to lead by example.

Guest Obsessed: Proven ability to handle guest feedback, manage expectations, and deliver above-and-beyond service.

Attention to Detail: Strong administrative and coordination skills, with the ability to anticipate needs before guests ask.

Communication: Warm, confident communicator with high emotional intelligence and polished presentation.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Opera Cloud or similar PMS is highly regarded.

Availability:



Full flexibility across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, mornings, evenings, and public holidays.

Work Rights: Full Australian working rights required.
