Client Services Officer - Financial Services | RSM Melbourne

RSM Melbourne is seeking a Client Services Officer to join our Financial Services team , where your attention to detail, communication skills, and client-first mindset will be highly valued.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working alongside experienced financial planning professionals to help deliver outstanding service to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Supporting our financial planning professionals with day-to-day client service needs
- Preparing and completing implementation forms for recommended advice
- Assisting in the management of compliance obligations
- Maintaining accurate financial data using dedicated financial planning software
- Liaising with financial providers to obtain relevant information
- Managing ongoing communication with prospective and existing clients
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships




- Providing general administrative support to the team

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in a client services role, ideally within financial services
- Excellent self-discipline and workflow management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a setting with regular process changes
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player with a professional presentation and a warm, empathetic approach to client needs
