The Airline Performance & Analysis team is responsible for ensuring financial processes and reporting are standardised, controlled and efficiently executed across Qantas Airlines segment. As a centralised FP&A; function,
we partner closely with both finance and operational stakeholders to enable informed, data-driven decision-making. As a
Senior Financial Analyst
within the Airline Performance & Analysis team, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality financial insights and reporting. Your responsibilities will span month-end close, forecasting and performance analysis, with a strong emphasis on consolidating inputs from multiple business units and producing clear, actionable commentary for senior stakeholders. You’ll Have Experience in a financial accounting role, with 5+ years’ experience Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels Strong attention to detail,
working with large volumes of often complex data Motivated self-starter with questioning mind/ analytical skills Able to provide value-add analysis and advice Able to work under time pressure and reprioritise when required High level of accountability and resilience Why Qantas?
