About the role

The Change Manager at Cbus will lead the design,



development and implementation of change management activities across both business-as-usual and project initiatives. Following a major transformation in structure, process and technology, Cbus continues to evolve, creating opportunities for the Change Manager to support ongoing change efforts and contribute to the Enterprise Change Centre of Excellence.

Working closely with Program Managers, Project Managers Business Owners and delivery teams, this role requires someone who can think strategically, aligning change initiatives with organisational priorities, while also being hands-on in driving day-to-day change delivery including: formulating business impact assessments, designing appropriate change management and communication plans, enabling change readiness, managing stakeholder engagement plans and reporting on status and progress of initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

- Lead end-to-end change management strategy and execution for enterprise-level programs
- Conduct change analysis, business impact assessments and identify people-related risks with mitigation strategies




- Develop and deliver structured change plans, communications strategies and stakeholder engagement activities
- Prepare documentation for governance forums
- Plan, implement and embed change activities across projects, ensuring readiness and adoption
- Track change effectiveness through reporting tools like heatmaps and manage training needs and adoption metrics

What will you bring?

- Experience in Change Management roles, within a Strategic Change Manager capacity
- Demonstrated success in leading regulatory changes, operating model changes or cultural changes
- Deep understanding of Financial Services or Superannuation sector desirable
- Proven ability to delivery change in complex environments using structured methodologies
- Outstanding communication, presentation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills




- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities
- Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI, APMG, ACMP) is highly desirable but not essential.
