Perth10+ years of senior corporate and consulting experience around large IT-enabled business transformations with exposure to various ERP systems.Experience in change management methodologies.
This includes skills in planning, organizing, and controlling resources to achieve project goals.Demonstrated experience in successfully developing and delivering the following key aspects of Change Management:Enterprise-wide Change Strategy Development and ImplementationDigital Transformation and IT-enabled Business ChangeStakeholder Engagement and Communications StrategyProgram Governance and Benefits RealizationOrganizational Design and Operating Model ImplementationTraining Strategy and Capability DevelopmentImpact Assessment and Change PlanningResponsibilities :Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistanceApply a structured methodology and lead change management activitiesAssess change impacts and organizational readinessIdentify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concernsSupport the design, development, delivery and management of effective communications providing updates and gathering feedback from all stakeholders throughout the change process.Coach managers and supervisors on how to effectively manage their teams through transitionsCoordinate efforts with other specialistsTrack and report issuesDefine and measure success metrics and monitor change progress to ensure business objectives are met.Facilitate training and provide support to client staff members to adapt to the changes.Thank you for your interest in applying for this position with TCS.
