An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and energetic person to become the Manager of our Go Capalaba business. Go Capalaba is part of the successful MMEM Group, the largest Electrical Wholesaler in Australia. Our brands include Haymans, Go, Cetnaj, MMEM, AWM & TLE.
As Manager of Go Capalaba you will be leading a dedicated team of five people and be responsible for all aspects of running a electrical wholesale business.



We are a unique business that provides the Manager with full autonomy. Go Capalaba is a successful business that delivers strong returns and excellent bonuses to all staff as part of our lucrative profit share scheme.

Below are the essential requirements of the role;
Leadership Skills - As the manager you will lead and manage a team effectively. Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and develop team members are essential for success.
Business Development - The role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase profitability and grow the business. Having a proven track record in business development and sales growth will be beneficial.
Customer & Supplier Relationships - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and suppliers is crucial. Your ability to communicate effectively and foster positive relationships will be a key to the success.
Analytical skills - Proficiency in data analysis and the use of computer systems, including Microsoft Office,



will be important for managing operations efficiently and making informed business decisions.
Innovative Thinking - The ability to think creatively and outside the box will help you identify new opportunities for growth and stay ahead in a competitive market.
