You Will Be Responsible For

- Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Driving store performance and achieving sales and KPI targets
- Managing daily operations including stock, rostering, and visual merchandising
- Coaching, developing, and supporting your team to grow and succeed
- Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and high-performing store culture

What we’re looking for:

- A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for people
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Previous retail management experience (preferably in footwear or health & lifestyle)
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Confidence using sales reporting tools and operational systems
