Our client is a boutique, prestigious and fast paced Real Estate Investment & Funds Management group who invest in, and manage, high quality alternative assets on behalf of institutional clients through a variety of Wholesale Real Estate Funds

The Role

The Senior Property Accountant is responsible for the end to end accounting,



management reporting and business partnering for a diverse portfolio of Alternative Property Assets.

Responsibilities include:

- Responsibility for the integrity and delivery of month end financial results across the Property portfolio.
- Prepare monthly property accruals and reforecasts.
- Coordination of budget and forecast processes and related reporting.
- Preparation of variance analysis commentary for management reporting.
- Identify and drive process improvement across month end reporting and systems.
- Accounts payable and receivable across the property portfolio
- Provide financial support to Property Management team members.

The Successful Candidate

To be successful in the role, you’ll have the following skills/experience:

- Strong Property Accounting, forecasting, budgeting and taxation experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong systems and Excel skills
- Property Accounting experience is essential.
