About the Position

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on a suite of research projects focusing on innovation and evaluation within health services,

often in collaboration with health service partners.usHSI conducts research into the organisation, funding and delivery of health services, with an emphasis on cost-effectiveness analysis and implementation>

The successful candidates will work in high-functioning teams conducting health services research in priority fields including but not limited to

clinical informatics and digital health; low value and high value care; health service & system reform; allied health models of care; respiratory health; cardiovascular health; vulnerable and complex populations; orthopaedics and trauma; mental health.r>

Selection Criteria for the Position

1.ompletion of a doctoral or masters qualification in health economics, mathematics/statistics, or a closely related quantitative discipline digital health, epidemiology, public health, psychology, ecology.r>

2.xperience in multi-disciplinary research projects involving multiple stakeholders and the analysis of complex systems.r>

3.xcellent organisational skills including the ability to efficiently manage competing demands to deliver consistently high quality work and meet tight deadlines.r>

4.ighly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both as a team and independently.r>

5.ery high level written communication skills, as demonstrated by high quality peer reviewed publications, reports or other published work.r>
