* Act as the first point of call level 1 - 2 for inbound customer support calls gging of requests in the helpdesk tool

* Proactively monitor incoming service requests from customers through the use of the Helpdesk Ticket Systemr> * Work with customers to resolve their queries/issues via phone using remote support tools

* Escalate issues to other technicians where appropriater>
