Appointments to this position requires proof of qualification gistration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association within Australiaertified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to the commencement of clinical dutiessic medical degree MBBS or equivalent llowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians FRACP in the speciality of Nephrology propriate specialist registration as a nephrologist with AHPRArticipation in staffprograms including performance appraisal is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, main, vaccinated against the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment as required by HED /16 Vaccine Preventable Diseases VPD Requirements/HR Policy B1 measles, mumps, rubella, varicella chicken pox, pertussis whooping cough, hepatitis B, hepatitis A, tuberculosise-employment screening, including criminal history scipline history checks, be undertaken on persons recommended for employmentbsp;Benefits17 annual leave loading, 12 % employer contribution to superannuationther employment benefits include:
