SEE's strong suit is in employing problem isolation techniques, assets, and product knowledge to solve problems.hey investigate and solve highly complex technical issues requiring expert product or service knowledge.hey act as a subject matter expert regarding product / configuration and will often employ sophisticated troubleshooting tools such as analysis of event logs, component traces, and performance traces to resolve customer issues.EEs collaborate with experts from across the business, including our Development Teams.ualifications RequiredSound technical knowledge about SharePoint Server and SharePoint OnlineExperience of investigating complex SharePoint issues relating to administration, performance and customization.derstanding of identity and authentication/authorization with Windows Active Directory Services and Azure Active DirectoryExperience of web development technologies, HTTP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, React, AngularUnderstanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentalsFunctional knowledge of using PowerShellAdequate knowledge in SQL ServerExperience in one or more of these areas desirableMCSE/MCSD certificationsCustomer handling experience on technical issuesCitizenship Verification
