About the Role

Deliver high level physiotherapy clinical services across one or more specialty areas with infrequent clinical supervision, utilising high level clinical judgement and evidenced based in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.r>Contribute to service delivery improvement through the identification and application of policy and guideline knowledge, and the development, implementation and evaluation of quality improvement activities within the work unit, physiotherapy department and wider multi-professional team.r>Provide, with minimal guidance, the education and clinical supervision of less experienced staff and students to maintain professional clinical standards and enhance the knowledge and skills of the multidisciplinary team.r>Contribute to day to day management of a small work unit or team with infrequent operational supervision to ensure the maintenance of professional clinical standards within local service area.r>Provide high level clinical advice to supervisors, relevant service managers and other stakeholders regarding professional clinical standards, workforce issues and clinical service development to enhance teamwork and clinical outcomes.r>
