The Knowledge Management Advisor will ensure the knowledge, processes and infrastructure developed as part of the COVID- Response is successfully harnessed as we create an ongoing public health model.

The Knowledge Management Advisor will assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining knowledge, data and records management systems and governance.he primary goal is to ensure that timely, accurate, reliable, and trustworthy information is available through the transformation lifecycle and into operations.

This role will support the operations of our Knowledge Management approach, assisting stakeholders from across the COVID- Response to capture, retain and use knowledge.his knowledge will form a ?pandemic playbook', which will assist future generations to understand and apply the lessons and experience developed by the people in the COVID- Response.

You will help deliver a positive transformation program that puts our people at the centre.mplementing a successful transformation program in this context is significant, as it will help secure a robust and dynamic ongoing public health response to the COVID- pandemic in and support future pandemic preparedness.

Key Accountabilities

1 Support the development of knowledge management framework and program.

2 Build relationships and with key internal and external stakeholders and liaise on knowledge, data and records matters.

3 Support the implementation and promotion of improved knowledge management practices in line with departmental principles.

4 Help identify knowledge management implications for key corporate projects and information services plans and develop strategic responses and guidance.

5 Help develop and steer processes and systems to integrate knowledge management with operations to ensure knowledge is captured through sustainable processes.

6 Support the onboarding and training of stakeholders from across the COVID- Response to capture, retain and use knowledge.

7 Work closely with the Transformation team to ensure impacts of the transformation program and other changes are well understood from a knowledge management lens.

8 Preparation and presentation of high-quality reports, submissions, briefings and correspondence for diverse stakeholders and senior decision-makers.

9 Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.

10 Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by working in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's occupational health and safety OHS policies and procedures.

11 Demonstratesho w the actions and outcomes of this role and work unit impact clients and the department's ability to deliver, or facilitate the delivery of, effective support and services
