The Role



An opportunity has become available for a Clinical Nurse Facilitator Development to join Gold Coast Health GCH where the focus of our 10 -strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.bsp;



You will



Work as the Development Facilitator both within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Special Care Please apply online areas

Understand the principles of family-centred care and role model a family-centred approach to patient care

Demonstrate advanced level neonatal nursing expertise and problem solving skills

Promote clinical expertise in the Neonatal nurse by using sound theory to support clinical decision making



Utilise experience in clinical facilitation in order to support the development of the undergraduate nurse/midwife, the new graduate Nurse/Midwife and the developing Neonatal Nurse



About you



To be successful in this position you will require



A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent

Important Company Registration

Level 6 Neonatal Intensive Care experience

A graduate certificate or greater within a relevant specialty area is highly desirable

Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella Chicken Pox, Pertussis Whooping Cough, Hepatitis B and COVID

Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination be required

Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed

Base salary ranging from $96 909 - $103 768 p., $48. - $52. p.
