Children's Health Queensland's CHQ at the QCH is the hub of a dedicated network of paediatric services available at other Brisbane and Queensland hospitals.xpanding on CHQ's state-wide remit, the QCH also supports regional hospitals through telemedicine and outreach services.his means children and young people can access the services they need as to home as possible.p>

Your Opportunity



The position of Fellow in Paediatric Pain Medicine will



Gain experience in, and provide professional expertise and services as directed and required through the Department of Anaesthesia and Queensland Interdisciplinary Paediatric Persistent Pain Service to paediatric patients experiencing persistent pain, acute pain, and pain associated with a life limiting condition.bsp; The aim is to ensure a high quality, safe and family centred care within Children's Health Queensland Hospital Health Service CHQ HHS.r>The position of Fellow is for a Faculty of Pain Medicine trainee in the Development Stage year of training or equivalent in a differing training program, or a Fellow of a specialty college seeking further experience or training in paediatric pain medicine.r>Supervision will be provided in line with the Faculty of Pain Medicine, ANZCA Training Handbook guidelines for Supervision of Fellows in their Development Stage or equivalent in a differing training program.r>Deliver medical services through participation in clinical duties at Fellow level and in accordance with the policies, practices and Values of the Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service.r>Demonstrate commitment to evidence based , research and quality improvement activities, including undertaking clinical audits and clinical risk management activities.r>Assist in the professional development of junior medical staff and the training of medical and allied health students
