Required Skills

Knowledge of VMware and VDIs virtual environment

Knowledge of basic outlook troubleshooting and Active directory issues.

Knowledge of Service Now would be added advantage.

Strong knowledge on operations/service delivery and ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision.

Ability to perform in adverse situations.

L1 knowledge of AD and Exchange, Windows server administration

Roles and Responsibilites

Ensure the service desk is customer focused.rioritize and escalate incidents for both internal and external clients.he single point of for rapid restoration of normal services.nsure timely and appropriate escalation to specialists within the IT team.

Provide L2-L2.Support for user issues over call, Please apply through this site.amp; chat.

Responsible for resolving or correctly triaging alerts generated for Infra, database, application etc.

Receiving end user calls and Provide first level resolutions.

Monitoring health of servers, systems, storage, backup, application, network, and IT Infrastructure

Performing daily proactive health check of the infra and as documented by L2/L3 teams

Service requests - Ensure service requests are directed and actioned by the appropriately skilled staff.

Project participation.ctive and strong participation across a number of different areas within the IT department and business areas

Provide systems support for Desktop SOE encompassing a varied number of platforms and .
