The role

Working closely with the Director of Healthcare Standards Unit, the Nurse Manager or Manager Quality and Service Improvement will work as part of a dynamic team and be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring programs that advance patient safety, quality of care and risk across the NWHHS.p>

Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences, evidence of these will be required prior to appointment.re-employment screening will be conducted for the successful candidate; this include criminal history checks and Vaccine Preventable Diseases VPD risk role compliance.PD risk roles require evidence of vaccination or immunity to

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the key capabilities, knowledge and experience required for the role as outlined in the Role Description.ome key items are

Proven ability to lead and manage the delivery of evidence-based Service Delivery and Quality in a multidisciplinary environment in the context of a rural and remote setting.r>Sound knowledge of contemporary Service and Quality Improvement and theory and the ability to apply relevant legislation, guidelines and standards and models of care.r>Prove ability to lead service planning and delivery across the care continuum, achieve unit performance indicators and relevant National Standards.r>Proven ability to integrate strategic direction and priorities for service innovation and improvement.r>
